The Fellowship Program of the UPOA aims to improve surgical competency and enhance performance through short term assignments at center of excellence through out the country and the Asia Pacific region. We organize annual fellowship programs to enhance learning and improve outcomes for the younger surgeons of our region. The mandate of the fellowship committee is to increase awareness about these fellowship opportunities and select suitable candidates through a transparent marking system.
